Body Poem – Healing sessions

Body Poem is a therapeutic and healing tool developed by Katie Sarra that supports healing the connection with our body. During the session we work with acceptance and understanding of our hidden emotions, honoring and trusting the intelligence of our body, and through the alchemy of LOVE, we transform the lower emotions into a connection with the Self.

 

Our body is a sacred temple that has a connection to the Self.

 

 Body Poem healing sessions held by me are designed to help you reconnect with your body and support your sacred Soul to land into your human experience thanks to which you will feel more grounded, present, at peace within, open to your true authentic Self and feel safe to live a life filled with joy and love.

After a few sessions, clients often feel:

• Connected to their body, their connection with their body changes into more acceptance and a self-loving relationship with it.

• They feel more connection to the wholeness of their emotional spectrum, they feel safe to feel all different emotions.

• Numbness dissolves or the level of feeling pleasure in the body increases.
